Can I send a check?Unfortunately, we do not take checks at this time. However, we are able to take donations via bank or wire transfers. Please contact us at partnership@dqinstitute.org for more information.
Can I make donation by wire transfer?Yes, we accept donations by domestic and international wire transfer. Please email partnership@dqinstitute.org for our wire transfer information.
Can I donate in a currency other than US dollars?We only accept donations in US dollars. We cannot accept foreign cash. Since donations are made using PayPal, they are automatically converted to US dollars.
How do I update my credit card information or change the amount for recurring donations?If you made your recurring donation through PayPal, you can make changes within your PayPal account. Since donations are initiated from your PayPal account, DQ Institute is unfortunately unable to change or edit settings on your behalf.
How do I cancel my recurring donation?To cancel your recurring donation, contact us at partnership@dqinstitute.org. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time.
Is my donation tax deductible?DQ Institute is a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
Where is my donation receipt?If you made your donation on our site via PayPal, please check your email. We send donation receipts – from contact@dqinstitute.org – to the email address you provided when making the donation. If you signed up to make a recurring donation, you will be sent an individual receipt each month when your donation is processed.
